My Pendant had 2 stones...
My Pendant had 2 stones missing. I informed them right away and they immediately set me for a return. The return process was easy and they shipped me a new pendant. Although my initial order had an issue, their customer service was great, helpful, and made sure I received my new pendant as soon as possible. Overall, I am satisfied with my chain and pendant.
